Mixed Feelings

Today I have mixed feelings. First I am thankful for my  father, Bishop Irivn Dingle, Jr. He is a man of honesty and strength. I remember when I was a child and he would take us to the beach and swin with his 3 girls (at that time) on his back. Strong!

Two days ago, he was rushed to the Critical Care unit of a local hospital where he is awaiting to have surgery for a pace maker. Now my Dad was always independant, his own man, business owner, self made success. But now with Altzheimers and going through many stages in the last few years that even he does not understand, is somewhat heartbreaking for me. But he has served the Lord almost all of his life, now in his upper 80's. So he is in good hands. I am trusting in my faith.

However, I am also excited to have been in the presence of Willie Jolley his past week. He and his wife De and son came to Miami/Fort Lauderdale, FL area and spent time with my Professional Speakers Network, Inc members in a Special Event at, believe it or not, The Red Lobster. At this location, they have a private room for events. It was spectacular!!! And Willie was outstanding. Visit his site http://www.williejolley.com/. Also you can hear a re-broadcast of this special event on my radio show www.blogtalkradio.com/prospeakersnetwork.

In about an hour, I will be on Willie Jolley's XM radio program. Please go to his site and see how you can listen.

Let me hear back from you. Email chickenlady@prodigy.net

Response to Mixed Feelings

WOW! How blessed you are to have your father and the treasure that he is to your life. I encourage you to read the Affirmation Prayer aloud to him. i have heard of some amazing results for people who read the book or listen to the CD.

Thank you for all that you do to strengthen and develop the community and individuals in particular. The Jolley event was inspiring and developmental for me and those who accompanied me.

Apples don't fall far from the tree. You came from a great tree you are certainly in our prayers.

I am so glad that God called you to serve people. You are the blessing that I was waiting on. It is amazing that you showed up at the moment I was getting frustrated. I have learned a new lesson that your breakthrough is right around the corner. Thank you for bringing Willie Jolley to our events. It is truly a blessing.
